Promoting Healthy Lifestyles
SJSU BMES organizes a multitude of health and fitness related activities including regular hikes, intramural sports participation and racquetball games to help members lead healthy lifestyles and reduce stress. The Health and Fitness committee also advises on food choices during SJSU BMES events to ensure that all organization activities are aligned with our core values including advancing human health.
